For your purposes, it doesn't matter who I am, and I'm not particularly eager to make myself known. Still, I guess it's important to know that some actual human is behind this.

 

I'm a technical writer and amateur musician living in Sonoma County, California. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in February, 2001. Since then, I've been keeping my blood sugar under control with exercise and diet rather than medication. Several years later, this approach is still working just fine.
